The liver is the largest organ of the body, and responsible for the construction of dozens of functions. The most important function is to filter toxins and residues, to allow the deletion.

To improve liver function is very important to adopt a healthy diet. Avoid processed foods, and buy organic food, no toxic substances.
Include whole grain foods, animal protein, vegetables, cereals, fermented foods, healthy fats, and nuts in your diet. Drink plenty of water and eliminates the most harmful oils (sunflower, corn, vegetables, etc.) and refined sugar.
